We stayed for 3 night and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from a seafront aquarium. Also, it was very close to the seafront, the major supermarkets, and the centre. There was a bath. Nice bar was available.

All in all, it is welcome base for staying in Skegness. Its location is great and particularly good, not too far from a seafront aquarium. Btw, the venue is a couple of blocks away from the downtown. I liked the place.

Cleanliness could be improved, with stains, dust, and limescale on taps. the bunk bed in one of the bedrooms was uncomfortable for adults, more suitable for children.

It was a great activity for the kids, with miniature replicas of famous landmarks and beautiful gardens to explore. The attention to detail was impressive, and it provided a fun and educational experience for the whole family. We highly recommend visiting this charming attraction.
My wife says that it would have been even better if there was a designated play area for children within the apartment complex. Our kids wished they had somewhere to burn off some energy after a long day of exploring.

Don't know if we went on a bad week but cleanliness wasn't great, needs a bit of a deep clean. Quite noisy busy road out the front.
